The goal of Insight Tutoring is simple: to help you realize your full academic potential. Unlike many big test-prep companies, I only enroll a small number of students at any given time, and I work with each of them personally. My job is to help you score as high as possibly, and I don't charge an arm and a leg to do it. Typically, companies will employ college or graduate students as tutors part-time yet still ask familes to pay ludicrous rates for their services. At Insight Tutoring, every one of my students works with me one-on-one. There is no middle-man, and there is no in-between. I personally make it my job to create a personalized plan for each student crafted to meet their unique needs and allow them to perform at their highest level.

Test Prep: When purchased a la carte, each session is $200/hour. Package of 10 appointments is $1900. (payment must be made in full to receive package discount) To alleviate the increase in cost for subject tutoring, UP TO TWO students are permitted at each subject tutoring session.

Ideally, students should schedule one 90 minute session per week for the first test. The duration for a first test is usually 8-12 weeks; this is our most common schedule. On subsequent tests, students can book either 60 or 90 minute sessions for 4-6 weeks.

Many competitors offer services that come with a guaranteed increase in test scores or academic grades, but have you looked closely at what this includes? Any missed class or deviation immediately voids this "guarantee!" If your child doesn't see the desired results, you have the right to retake a class or other group session. Why retake the same service that didn't work the first time? Insight's one-on-one services allow me to measure your student's progress from session to session, ensuring that he or she is staying on track to meet their goals.

Regardless of the number of sessions purchased, every student is provided with numerous practice tests (virtually unlimited). However, individuals on 4, 8, 12 or 16 weekly plans are also given the Official SAT Prep Guide and 6-month ACT Online Prep access at no additional cost. For students needing more specific, focused review, a library of additional texts and resources is available for use as well.

They are! Group review/study sessions typically range between 2-6 students and, on average, will reduce the per hour cost between 20 and 50 percent. Please inquire for specific rates.
